The Chenin Blanc at Cullen was picked at the end of harvest in mid-March, on a Moon opposite Saturn Fruit Day according to the Biodynamic Calendar. Capturing the beautiful natural acidity of Chenin, the wine was chilled to retain 130 g/L of residual sugar. The result is a delicious, fresh dessert wine that will continue to develop greater complexity with age.
